The student enrollment form for 2026-2027 is below, for all ages.

You only need to print off / submit the course signup page with the classes your student is enrolling in. You do need to submit a Student / Parent Information Form (the first page), and a signed Statement of Faith (the final page)with each application.

Please submit your application via email, and we’ll provide you with options for paying the application fee once your application is received, if there is availability in the classes you’ve selected. Please email with any questions, and thank you!
